Bob Kustka
A former HR executive at The Gillette Company and founder of HRAuto.org, Bob works as an HR/Management consultant for companies like W.B. Mason, Draper Laboratories, and Fidelity Investments. Bob uses his unique HR experiences to help you develop people strategies that fuse with your business plan to make you money. From hiring, to recruiting, to developing new managers, Bob's ahead-of-the-curve insights provide the edge you need to keep your bottom-line razor sharp, and your company continuously moving three steps ahead of the competition.
In his twenty-five years at The Gillette Company, Bob contributed to successful launches of Gillette's biggest products, including the Sensor and Mach III razor, and was responsible for developing their global leadership program. Now, as the creator of Fusion Factor, Bob adapts the techniques he honed at Gillette to the unique needs of entrepreneurs and growing businesses, implementing HR strategies that help them protect and maximize ROI from their most important asset: people. Bob is also the Co-founder of HRAuto.org, the only HR Development Forum of its kind for the Retail Automotive industry. He is also the creator of the Right Here Right Now™ program, a unique training solution for office productivity.
Bob has a B.S. in Management from Boston College and an M.S. in Training and Development from Lesley University. He has been adjunct faculty at Boston University, Babson College, and Lesley University. Bob is a coach in the Babson College Leadership Development and Coaching Program and has been an instructor for the Society of Human Resource Management SPHR certification program.
Chuck Honnet
Chuck joined Fusion Factor as Principal, Executive Development in 2003 and brings over 20 years of experience in consumer package goods companies with both Gillette and S.C. Johnson. He has held a variety of leadership and team roles and international positions including marketing directorships in Europe, Japan and the US.
Prior to joining Fusion Factor, Chuck was Vice President of Global Business Management for Gillette leading a turnaround of their personal care business.
Chuck has designed and delivered programs in capability development for Unilever, SABMiller, Nokia, Pepsi and Novartis.
Chuck graduated from Cornell University in History and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He's a certified empowerment trainer and has attended the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado (USA). Volunteer work includes coaching for City Year, a youth service organization, and marketing advising for Athena, a women's entrepreneurial organization affiliated with the US Chamber of Commerce. Chuck is also a certified facilitator for the Right Here Right Now™ program.
Linda Kushner
Linda is Vice President of Organizational Development for Fusion Factor. She is an experienced strategic business unit partner with twenty years of human resources experience at fortune 500 companies such as The Gillette Company and The Procter & Gamble Company. Her areas of expertise include staffing, talent assessment and development, change management, building culture, and coaching managers for high performance. Linda has been the key human resources support and counsel to several global business unit Presidents with responsibility of sales from $1B.
As a leader and contributing member of cross-functional North American and global teams, Linda has strong results bringing disparate groups to alignment and action. She has led numerous global talent review processes for the marketing function, and has a strong track record of results in the placement of top talent into key leadership roles.
Linda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College, a Master's Degree from Boston University, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Massachusetts School of Psychology. She is also a certified facilitator for the Right Here Right Now™ program. She is an avid biker and runner, and a former division I scholarship athlete. Linda lives in Sharon with her husband and four children.
